About Laura Middleton
Laura Z. Middleton, SPHR, is the president of HRCP, L.C. She has a Master of Organizational Behavior degree, and has worked, taught, researched, and consulted in the human resource field for 15 years. In addition to her obsession with helping HR professionals prepare for the HRCI certification exams, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and their three children.
